浅析黄斑属脾

黄斑居于视网膜中央,是人眼中心视力发生的关键部位。陈达夫教授认为眼底黄斑部属足太阴脾经,其功能有赖于脾的运化,若脾的运化功能失常,则可导致多种黄斑部疾病。临床上许多学者也已经证实了黄斑疾病从脾论治可获得显著疗效。本文从生理、病理角度对黄斑部疾病的发病机理、辨证选方等方面进行了探讨,总结了学者们从脾论治各类黄斑部疾病的理论与临床经验,如黄斑水肿、年龄相关性黄斑变性、高度近视黄斑病变、特发性脉络膜新生血管、黄斑出血、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变等均可从脾论治,且取得了较为满意的效果。

The macula is located in the center of the retina and is a key part of vision in the center of the human eye. Professor Chen Dafu proposes that the macula in the fundus pertains to the Taiyin spleen, and its function depends on the transportation and transformation of spleen. If the spleen function is abnormal, it can cause a variety of macular diseases. Clinically, many schol-ars have also confirmed that macular disease benefited significantly from therapy on spleen. This article discusses the pathogenesis of macular diseases and the methods of syndrome differentiation and formula selection from the perspective of physiology and pathology, and summarizes the theoretical and clinical experience of scholars on various types of macular diseases from spleen management.Diseases such as macular edema, age-related macular degeneration, high myopia macular degeneration, idiopathic choroidal neovascularization, macular hemorrhage, central serous choroidal retinopathy, etc., can be treated by spleen management, and achieve satisfactory results.
