摘要
本文首先根据《服务贸易总协定》(GATS)界定了国际服务贸易的含义,并在此基础上选择了一些具有代表性、在各国经常发生的服务项目,包括国际电信服务、国际旅游服务、国际劳务合作、国际租赁、国际运输服务、国际金融服务等,依据国际私法的一般原则,结合各服务项目的特点,分别探讨了它们的法律适用。
This thesis defines international service trade on the basis of GATS.It selects some service trade items,including international telecommunications services,international travel service,international lease,international labor cooperation,international transport service,international financial service.It also approaches their application of law according to the general principle of private international law.
