低阶烟煤煤岩组分解离特性及强化重力分选研究 被引量:9

Study of dissociation characteristics of low rank bituminous coal macerals and enhanced gravity separation

摘要 以神华低阶烟煤为研究对象,对其进行棒磨试验和强化重力分选试验研究,试验结果表明:随着棒磨时间的延长,500~250μm粒度级物料量逐渐减少,250~125μm粒度级物料量在一定时间内有积累.当磨矿时间趋于30 min时,500~250μm粒度级物料逐渐消失,同时,棒磨后的物料随着粒度减小,灰分逐渐降低,其中-45μm粒度级物料灰分降幅最大;当磨矿时间为10 min时,-1.35 g/cm^3和+1.40 g/cm^3这两个密度级的产率差值和灰分差值都最大,有利于煤岩显微组分的分选富集.通过对棒磨后的低阶烟煤进行强化重力分选试验结果表明:在优化试验条件下,镜质组平均回收率可达71.61%,镜质组平均富集比为1.15,富集成本低、效果好. Grinding test using rod mill and enhanced gravity separation experiments were carried out on the Shenhua low rank bituminous coal in this study.The results show that the amount of 500—250μm size material gradually reduces with increasing rod grinding time,and the amount of 250—125μm size material increases in a certain period of time though.When the grinding time approaches 30 min,the 500—250μm size material gradually disappears.At the same time,the ash content of the rod-milled fines decreases gradually with decreasing particle size,with the ash content of-45μm material size material showing the most reduction.At the 10 min grinding time,the difference of yield and ash content of the-1.35 g/cm^3 and+1.40 g/cm^3 material is the largest to the benefit of the separation and enrichment of different maceral.The enhanced gravity separation test on the low rank bituminous coal after grinding was performed and the results indicated that under the optimum separation conditions,the average recovery of vitrinite is 71.61%and the average enrichment ratio of vitrinite is 1.15,thus making a low cost and effective enrichment process possible.
