摘要
某选矿厂共有6个粉矿仓,1台布料小车,布料小车上搭载1条可以正反转的运矿皮带。在实际生产过程中,布料小车由人工手动控制,依赖人工观察矿仓料位和小车位置移动小车,严重影响了生产效率,同时,布料过程环境恶劣,粉尘和噪音等污染威胁操作人员的身体健康。针对上述问题,设计基于多源定位的布料小车自动控制算法,采用离散信号加连续定位的方式实现布料过程关键位置信号识别,并基于西门子PLC设计开发自动布料系统,实现布料小车的自动控制,改善操作人员工作环境,提高布料生产效率。
There are 6 powder ore bins in a concentrator,1 discharge car,the discharge car can carry a positive and negative ore conveyor belt.In the actual production process,the discharge car is controlled manually,and it relies on the manual observation of the material level of the ore bin and the position of the trolley to move the trolley,which seriously affects the production efficiency,dust and noise pollution threaten the health of operators.In order to solve the above problems,an automatic control algorithm based on multi-source location is designed,and the key position signal recognition is realized by means of discrete signal and continuous location,and based on Siemens PLC Design and development of automatic discharge system,discharge car to achieve automatic control,improve the working environment of operators,improve the efficiency of discharge production.
