股骨头坏死(ONFH)是一种发病率高、致残率高的骨骼肌肉疾病,其特点是由于各种原因引起的骨组织坏死,导致股骨头塌陷,最终发展成髋骨关节炎。无症状ONFH的高恶化率应引起骨科医师的注意,研究无症状ONFH的治疗方法意义重大。无症状ONFH的预后受到坏死区面积大小和位置、ONFH病因、随访时间长短的影响,其治疗方法包括非手术治疗和手术治疗,目前对于其预后及治疗均尚存争议。本研究查阅近年来相关文献,对无症状ONFH的预后及治疗进行系统综述。

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a musculoskeletal disease with high morbidity and disability rate,which is characterized by necrosis of bone tissue due to various reasons,leading to the collapse of the femoral head and eventually developing to hip osteoarthritis.The high rate of exacerbation of asymptomatic ONFH should be brought to the attention of orthopedists,and research on the treatment of asymptomatic ONFH is of great significance.The prognosis of asymptomatic ONFH is affected by the size and location of the necrotic area,the etiology of ONFH,and the duration of follow-up.The treatment methods include non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment.Currently,there is still controversy about its prognosis and treatment.This study reviewed the relevant literature in recent years to systematically review the prognosis and treatment of asymptomatic ONFH.
