早期股骨头坏死的相关研究:任重道远

Research on early femoral head necrosis:a long way to go

股骨头坏死(ONFH)是骨科的常见病,致残率较高,也是一个世界性难治性疾病。我国的ONFH患病人数庞大。酗酒、大量应用激素及外伤是ONFH前3位的致病因素,占全部ONFH的90%以上。ONFH如果不进行有效的早期干预,绝大多数将进展至行全髋关节置换术(THA),给患者带来极大的痛苦和经济负担。为推动我国ONFH领域研究的不断进步,本期专刊特征集我国多个ONFH临床研究中心的研究成果进行发表,以期进一步探明ONFH的发病机制,探索更加有效的早期保髋治疗方法:对于各种非手术保髋治疗方法,需要更高等级的循证医学证据支持;对于各种保髋手术方法,需要探索更加有效及微创的治疗方法,用更小的代价挽救ONFH患者的股骨头。

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a common orthopedic disease with a high disability rate and is also a worldwide refractory disease.China has the largest number of ONFH patients.Alcoholism,heavy steroid use and trauma were the top three causes of ONFH,accounting for more than 90%of the total ONFH.If there is no effective intervention in the early stage of ONFH,the vast majority of patients will have to undergo total hip replacement,which will bring great pain and economic burden to the majority of patients.In order to promote the progress in research of osteonecrosis in our country,research results from multiple ONFH clinical research centers were reported collectively in this periodical,in order to further explore the pathogenesis of osteonecrosis,and explore more effective early hip preserving treatment.For a variety of non-surgical hip preserving treatment,higher levels of evidence-based medical evidence are needed.It is necessary to explore more effective and minimally invasive treatments for various hip preservation surgery methods to save the femoral head of more ONFH patients at a small cost.
