摘要
关节牵伸术已经成为考虑进行人工膝关节置换术的终末期膝骨关节炎患者的一种保留关节的治疗方法。目前,有几种机制被认为与关节牵伸术所观察到的临床疗效和结构改变有关。为全面了解关节牵伸术治疗膝骨关节炎的修复作用,本文从生物力学变化、关节周围骨质改变、关节源性间充质干细胞的黏附及关节内分子环境的变化等方面对关节牵伸术的治疗机制进行综述。
Joint distraction has become a joint-preserving treatment for patients with terminal knee osteoarthritis who are considering knee arthroplasty.At present,several mechanisms are thought to be associated with the clinical efficacy and structural changes observed with joint distraction.To provide a comprehensive understanding of the restorative effects of joint distraction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,this paper reviews the therapeutic mechanisms of joint distraction in terms of biomechanical changes,peri-articular bone changes,adhesion of joint-derived mesenchymal stem cells,and changes in the intra-articular molecular environment.
