股骨头坏死是临床骨科常见的疾病之一,通常由创伤、长期应用糖皮质激素或酒精中毒引起。股骨头坏死通常导致关节破坏,进展为关节塌陷和髋关节炎,最终需行全髋关节置换术。促进成骨和血管生成是治疗股骨头坏死的关键管理策略。富血小板血浆是一种含有自体生长因子和细胞因子的血液衍生物。本文主要阐述富血小板血浆作为一种再生疗法在股骨头坏死治疗中的机制,并讨论其作为临床应用的研究进展和前景。

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is one of the orthopaedic common disease in clinic,and is usually caused by trauma,long-term use of glucocorticoid or alcoholic poisoning.ONFH will result in joint destruction,progress in joint collapse and arthritis of the hip,and eventually requires total hip arthroplasty(THA).Promoting osteogenesis and angiogenesis is a key management strategy for the treatment of ONFH.Platelet rich plasma(PRP)is a blood derivative containing autologous growth factors and cytokines.In this review,we describe the mechanism of PRP as a regenerative therapy in the treatment of ONFH,and discuss its progress and prospects as a clinical application.
