摘要 为快速、高效筛选出适用于骨科修复的生物材料,进一步加快材料研发和临床应用,基于高通量技术的设计研究逐渐成为一种高效的筛选手段而被广泛应用于骨科生物材料的研究中。影响材料生物行为的关键参数是进行高通量设计研究的基础,主要包括成分、结构(纳米尺度、微米尺度、大体尺度)、表面功能化方法等。高通量设计研究的关键环节是设计方法和制备技术,设计方法主要包括材料计算,而制备技术主要包括微阵列、3D打印及微流控等。目前对骨科生物材料与体内细胞相互作用的研究尚不够深入,生物材料的高通量设计研究存在缺陷,仍有待进一步优化。本文汇总近年来骨科生物材料的高通量设计、制备和应用的相关文献,讨论其应用过程中存在的问题,并对其未来的发展方向进行展望。 In order to quickly and efficiently screen out biomaterials which are suitable for orthopedic repair,and further accelerate the development and application of materials,high-throughput design has gradually become an efficient screening method and is widely used in the research of orthopedic biomaterials to improve the efficiency of experiment.The key parameters of materials that affect biological behavior are the basis for high-throughput design,including composition,structure(nano-scale,micro-scale and macro-scale),surface functionalization methods and so on.High-throughput design methods and preparation technologies are the key points to achieve high-throughput screening.The design mainly includes material calculations,while the preparation technologies contain microarrays,3 D printing and microfluidics.However,the current research on the interaction between orthopedic biomaterials and cells in vivo has not been in-depth,and the high-throughput design of materials has many shortcomings,which still needs to be further optimized.In this article the relevant literatures on the high-throughput design,preparation,screening and application of orthopedic biomaterials in recent years were summarized,the problems existing in the application process were discussed,and the prospects for its future development direction were sketched out.
