摘要
临床上不稳定骨折、非手术治疗失败的骨折愈合通常需要内固定物辅助固定,以提供稳定环境。传统的内固定物材料具有较强的机械强度,但存在产生"应力遮蔽"及潜在炎症的可能。因此,学者开始寻找传统耐腐蚀金属内植物的替代物。目前可降解的生物金属材料是研究热点,其中镁合金、锌合金具有成为临床内固定材料的潜力。本文综述了可降解生物医用金属中的镁合金和锌合金在骨折内固定应用的研究及进展。
Clinically unstable fractures and fracture healing after failure of non-operative treatment often require the aid of internal fixation to provide a stable environment.Although traditional endoprosthesis materials are mechanically strong,they have the possibility of"stress masking"and potential inflammation.Therefore,scholars have searched for alternatives to traditional corrosion-resistant metal endosseous materials.Biodegradable metallic materials are research hotspots,among which magnesium alloys and zinc alloys have the potential to become materials of internal fixation.The current research and progress of biomedical magnesium alloys and zinc alloys used in internal fixation for fracture are summarized in this paper.
