跖筋膜炎的诊疗进展

跖筋膜炎是引起成人慢性足跟痛的最常见病因,临床漏诊率、误诊率较高,诊断主要通过临床表现及体格检查确定,辅以影像学检查。目前治疗方案的选择仍存在较大争议。本文通过对近年来国内外相关文献进行复习,对跖筋膜炎的临床诊断及最新治疗做一综述。

Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of chronic heel pain in adults.It has relatively high missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate.The diagnosis is mainly confirmed by clinical manifestations and physical examination,supplemented by imaging examination.There are still major controversies about treatment options.This article reviewed relevant literatures in recent years to summarize the clinical diagnosis and latest treatment of plantar fasciitis.
