摘要
外固定技术常用于肢体畸形矫正与功能重建,近年来在中国蓬勃发展,由于缺乏规范化指导,外固定器在普及使用后出现了很多问题和并发症。本教程根据秦泗河肢体矫形外科团队应用外固定器治疗的大宗下肢畸形矫形患者的临床资料,结合既往文献,总结下肢矫形术后外固定器的拆除时机、方法及相关问题。
External fixation is a commonly used technique for the correction and reconstruction of limb deformities,which is booming in China.Due to the lack of standardized guidance,many problems and complications have occurred after the popularization of external fixation.This course is based on the experience of Qin Sihe’s team in the removal of external fixators and postoperative rehabilitation in the treatment of a large number of patients of lower extremity deformity over the past 20 years,combined with previous literatures,to discuss the time,methods and related issues of the removal of external fixation after lower extremity orthopedic surgery.
