间充质干细胞移植治疗股骨头坏死的研究进展

Mesenchymal stem cells therapy for treating osteonecrosis of the femoral head

间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有高度的增殖和分化潜能,因其具有易培养、来源广以及抗原性低等特性被广泛用于股骨头坏死(ONFH)领域的研究。MSCs移植治疗ONFH是将MSCs移植到骨坏死区,发挥其成血管、成骨分化潜能,修复股骨头的坏死灶。体外研究评估了内源性因子、外源性因子及基因调控对维持成骨表型和向成骨分化的影响;动物实验和临床研究报道了良好的临床疗效,各种载荷MSCs的材料也应用于临床。该技术是近年研究的方向和热点,有望成为更有效的保髋方法。本文对其基础研究和临床应用进行综述。

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a refractory disease that is associated with collapse of the femoral head,with a risk of total hip arthroplasty(THA)in younger populations.Thus,there has been an increased focus on early interventions for ONFH that aim to preserve the native articulation.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)therapy is a promising treatment,and an increasing number of clinical studies have reported positive outcomes of the treatment for ONFH.To improve the effects of this technique,many related basic research have also been performed.The purpose of this review is to summarize the available clinical studies and basic research related to MSCs therapy for ONFH.
