Research progress of peripheral nerve block for pain control after total knee arthroplasty

全膝关节置换术(TKA)后理想的疼痛控制是一个具有挑战性的问题。随着外周神经阻滞技术的发展,膝关节周围神经阻滞成为一种新的治疗TKA术后疼痛的方法,但很多关节外科医师对周围神经阻滞对TKA术后镇痛的应用及进展缺乏了解。本文从膝关节周围神经解剖特点、周围神经阻滞在TKA术后镇痛中应用及阻滞方式进行综述。

Ideal pain control after total knee arthroplasty(TKA) remains a challenging issue for joint surgeons. Peripheral nerve block of the knee has become a popular method to control pain after TKA. In this paper, we reviewed the anatomical characteristics of peripheral nerve around knee joint, blocking methods and the necessity of peripheral nerve block in TKA.
