摘要
骨水泥(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)被广泛应用于关节外科。它具有成本较低、性质稳定、易于塑形等优点,但也存在机械性能不佳、凝固放热等缺点。近年来,针对骨水泥的研究不断深入,其性能得到改善,临床应用也不断拓展。本文从理论研究和实践应用入手,对如何改善骨水泥在关节外科领域的应用效果进行了综述。
Bone cement,consisted of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),has been broadly used in joint arthroplasty.This biomaterial is economic,stable and easy for shaping.However,there are also disadvantages like poor mechanical performance and thermogenesis during polymerization.In recent years,tremendous researches about bone cement have been conducted,resulting in enhancement of material performances and expansion of clinical application.In this paper,we reviewed studies concerning theory research and clinical application based on relevant literatures in recent years.
