浅谈坏死性软组织感染

Remark on necrotizing soft tissue infection

坏死性软组织感染(NSTI)的发病率较低,但其病情进展迅速、症状严重,常造成严重后果。NSTI中的气性坏疽和坏死性筋膜炎最为凶险,两者的临床症状有很多相似之处,诊断上容易混淆。对于NSTI,早期诊断、积极治疗是挽救生命,改善预后的最有效方法。本文简要介绍气性坏疽和坏死性筋膜炎的病因、流行病学、临床症状、诊断及治疗方法。

The incidence of necrotizing soft tissue infection(NSTI)is low,but the infection can progress extremely fast with severe symptoms,often resulting in serious outcome.Of these infections,gas gangrene and necrotizing fasciitis are the most dangerous.The clinical symptoms of these two have many similarities,and the diagnosis is easy to be confused.Early diagnosis and treatment are the most effective ways to save lives and improve outcome.This article will briefly introduce the etiology,epidemiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment of gas gangrene and necrotizing fasciitis.
