稻-鸭共生模式下补饲不同比例小麦替代全价配合饲料对鸭肌肉营养成分的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Supplementing Different Proportions of Wheat Instead of Full-price Compound Feed on Muscle Nutrient Composition of Ducks Under Rice-duck Symbiosis Mode

摘要 为了探究稻-鸭共生模式下补饲不同比例小麦替代全价配合饲料对鸭肌肉营养成分的影响,试验以270只20日龄高邮鸭为研究对象,根据补饲日粮分为小麦组(A组)、全价配合饲料组(B组)和小麦替换50%全价配合饲料组(C组),每组3个重复,每个重复30只,试验期40 d。结果显示:在稻-鸭共生模式下,C组胸肌半胱氨酸(CYS)含量显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05),C组腿肌苏氨酸(THR)含量显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组鸭腿肌硬脂酸(C18∶0)含量显著低于B组(P<0.05),公鸭腿肌油酸含量显著高于母鸭(P<0.05),C组公鸭腿肌亚油酸含量显著低于B组(P<0.05);此外,C组鸭汤的形状、风味、气味评分显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。表明,在稻鸭共生模式下用小麦等量替换50%全价配合饲料饲喂肉鸭可以提高肌肉中营养成分含量以及鸭汤的风味,降低部分饱和脂肪酸,从而提高鸭的肉品质。 In order to investigate the effects of supplementing different proportions of wheat instead of full-price compound feed under rice-duck symbiosis mode on the nutrient composition of duck muscle,27020-day-age Gaoyou ducks were divided into wheat group(group A),full-price compound feed group(group B)and wheat instead of 50%full-price compound feed group(group C)according to the supplemental diets with 3 replicates of 30 ducks each.The experiment period was 40 days.The results showed that breast muscle cysteine(CYS)content in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B(P<0.05);The leg muscle threonine(THR)content in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B(P<0.05).The content of linoleic acid in the leg muscle of male ducks in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05);in addition,the shape,flavor and odor scores of duck soup in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).The results indicated that the replacement of 50%of full-price compound feed with wheat in equal amounts under rice-duck symbiosis model could improve the nutrient content of the muscle as well as the flavor of the duck soup and reduce some of the saturated fatty acids,thus improving the meat quality of the ducks.
