蛋种鸡鸡白痢沙门菌抗体净化检测时机的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究蛋种鸡鸡白痢沙门菌最佳净化检测时机,研究对2017—2020年间共计12个批次京红1号祖代蛋种鸡鸡群进行鸡白痢沙门菌全血凝集反应检测,并对检测结果按照开产日龄、日开产率、累计开产率及日产蛋率进行分类和分析。结果显示:(1)2017—2020年分别在127~129、127~132、133~135和130~132日龄段的鸡白痢沙门菌抗体阳性检出率(以下简称“检出率”)显著高于同年其他日龄段(P<0.05),每年检出率的峰值时段不集中;(2)2017—2019年分别在日开产率4%~5%、1%~2%和1%~3%区间呈现较高检出率且显著高于同年其他日开产率区间(P<0.05);(3)2018—2020年分别在累计开产率达20%~30%、40%~50%和10%~20%区间检出率最高且显著高于同年其他累计开产区间(P<0.05);(4)2017—2019年均在日产蛋率达到20%~30%区间检出率最高且显著高于同年其他日产蛋率区间(P<0.05),2020年在日产蛋率达20%~30%时呈现最高的检出率且显著高于其他3组(30%~40%区间除外)。研究表明,以日产蛋率作为筛选鸡白痢净化检测时机的指标更符合实际生产情况,在本试验条件下以京红1号祖代蛋种鸡日产蛋率达20%~30%进行鸡白痢沙门菌抗体阳性检测效果最佳。 The study aimed at exploring the optimal eradication detection timing of pullorum disease in breeder layers.A total of 12 batches of Jinghong No.1 grandparent breeder layers from 2017 to 2020 were used for detecting the antibody against Salmonella Pullorum with whole blood plate agglutination and the detection results were classified and analyzed according to different range of age at the first egg,the rate of daily laying the first egg,the rate of laying the first egg by accumulating and daily laying rate.The results showed as follows:(1)From 2017 to 2020,the highest positive detectable rate of Salmonella Pullorum antibody(hereinafter referred to as"detectable rate")was detected at 127 to 129,127 to 132,133 to 135 and 130 to 132 days of age,respectively,which was significantly higher than that at other range of age at first egg in the same year(P<0.05),and the peak period of detection rate for four years were inconsistent.(2)From 2017 to 2019,the detectable rates were higher when the ratio of laying the first egg reached the range of 4%to 5%,1%to 2%,1%to 3%,respectively,and which were significantly higher than the other ratios of laying the first egg in the same year(P<0.05);(3)From 2018 to 2020,the detectable rate were the highest when the rate of laying the first egg by accumulating was at the range of 20%to 30%,40%to 50%and 10%to 20%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that at other range of the rate(P<0.05);(4)From 2017 to 2019,the detectable rates were the highest when the daily laying rate reached at the range of 20%to 30%,which were significantly higher than that at other ranges of the daily laying rate(P<0.05).In 2020,there was the highest detectable rate when the daily laying rate reached 20%to 30%,which was significantly higher than that at other three groups except for the range of 30%to 40%(P<0.05).The results demonstrated that taking the daily laying rate as the index of screening the best eradication timing of pullorum disease could meet the actual production requirement.Under this experimental condition,it was concluded that it would get a better effect when the daily laying rate reached 20%to 30%in Jinghong No.1 grandparent breeder layers.
