北京都市型家禽产业发展时空特征分析

The Spatial-temporal Characteristics of Urban Poultry Industry in Beijing

为准确把握北京市家禽产业发展的时空特征,文章分析了1991年以来北京市家禽产业的发展历程,并综合运用核密度估计法和标准差椭圆估计法测算了2011—2020年北京市家禽养殖空间演变特征。结果表明:北京市家禽产业发展具有明显的阶段性特征;在经历快速增长、稳定发展和调转节等发展阶段之后,北京市家禽产业目前已进入新发展阶段;北京市家禽产业表现出持续增强的集聚性:从多区域集聚逐渐演变为单区域集聚在平谷区的平原地域、从风景名胜区和湖泊水库周边持续退出且向北部平原区域集聚的方向性特征。建设家禽养殖与资源环境协调发展绿色模式是北京市家禽产业高质量发展的方向,北京市家禽产业应充分发挥龙头企业的集聚效应,优化产业结构和空间布局;制定和完善相关的环境治理政策,促进家禽产业高质量发展。

To comprehensively understand the spatial-temporal characteristics of the development of the poultry industry in Beijing,the development process of the poultry industry in Beijing since 1991 was analyzed in this paper.Kernel Density Estimation and Standard Deviation Ellipse Estimation were unutilized to explore the spatial evolution characteristics of poultry farming in Beijing between 2011 and 2020.The results showed that:District stages stood out along with the development of the poultry industry in Beijing since 1991.The urban poultry was now confronting a new stage of development after experiencing rapid growth,stable development and adjustment phase.The agglomeration of poultry industry in Beijing showed a continuous increasing trend,the agglomeration distribution changed from multi-regional agglomeration to single-regional agglomeration in the plains of pinggu area.The spatial movement of poultry industry in Beijing showed the directional characteristics of continuous withdrawal from scenic spots and lake reservoirs and agglomeration to the northern plain area.The construction of a green model for harmonious development of poultry farming and resources environment was the future direction of high-quality development of the poultry industry in Beijing.Promoting the high-quality development of the poultry industry in Beijing should be achieved by giving full play to the agglomeration effect of leading enterprises,continuing to optimize the industrial structure and space planning,formulating and improving policies related to environmental governance.
