改性蒙脱石对肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在研究改性蒙脱石(MMT)对肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响,选取1日龄AA肉鸡320只,随机分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,低量MMT组、中量MMT组和高量MMT组饲喂基础日粮的同时,分别添加600 mg/kg、1200 mg/kg、2400 mg/kg的MMT,试验期为42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,中量MMT组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),血清Ig G、IL-2、INF-γ水平及T-SOD活性均显著提高(P<0.05),血清MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05),MMT添加组的血清GSH-Px水平较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加MMT能够提高肉鸡的生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力,本试验条件下适宜添加量为1200 mg/kg。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of modified montmorillonite(MMT)on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of broilers.Three hundreds and twenty one-day-age AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups.Bird in the control group was fed the basal diet,while the low-dose MMT group,medium dose MMT group and high-dose MMT group were fed the basal diet added with 600 mg/kg,1200 mg/kg and 2400 mg/kg MMT respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that in medium dose MMT group,the average daily gain was significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the levels of IgG,IL-2,INF-γand activity of T-SOD in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05),the level of serum MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and activity of serum GSH-Px were significantly increased in all three MMT groups(P<0.05).It could be seen that dietary MMT could improve production performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of broilers;Under the experimental condition,the appropriate amount of MMT was 1200 mg/kg.
