中国非免疫规划疫苗接种现状和影响因素浅析

Status and influencing factors of vaccination with non-Expanded Program on Immunization vaccines in China

随着中国疫苗事业的不断发展,非免疫规划疫苗作为国家预防接种策略的组成部分在预防传染性疾病中发挥了重要的作用;但是非免疫规划疫苗接种率远低于免疫规划疫苗。本文综述了中国疫苗事业发展历程以及非免疫规划疫苗的应用进程、接种现状和影响因素,展望了非免疫规划疫苗的发展前景。

Although non-Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI)vaccines play an important role in infectious disease prevention as part of national immunization strategies and continuous development of the Chinese immunization program,coverage of non-EPI vaccines is far lower than that of EPI vaccines.In this article,we review the history of the development of the Chinese immunization program,including the application,vaccination status,and factors influencing vaccination with non-EPI vaccines.We discuss prospects of Non-EPI vaccine development.
