摘要 目的:基于区块链技术研究西湖龙井溯源体系。方法:采用PFMEA(潜在失效模式及影响分析)确定西湖龙井生产销售全流程中数据层关键节点,并以此建立基于区块链(Blockchain)技术的西湖龙井溯源体系。结果:以PFMEA为手段对生产流程所采集的数据进行分析,确定了茶园区域、采摘、定级、销售四个环节为数据层关键节点,然后基于区块链建立西湖龙井溯源体系;该体系架构包括数据采集区、数据层、网络层、合约层、应用层等。结论:结合具体应用场景,论证了西湖龙井区块链溯源体系的可行性和有效性。 Aims:To study the tracing system of West Lake Longjing tea based on blockchain technology.Methods:The potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(PFMEA)was used to determine the key nodes of the data layer in the whole process of West Lake Longjing tea production and sales.The tracing system of West Lake Longjing tea was subsequently established based on blockchain.Results:Those nodes of the data layer,such as tea plantation region,picking,grading and sales,were demonstrated and selected as key nodes using PFMEA analysis.The trajectories of each key node were recorded in production sequence and linked in an orderly manner to form a distributed and tamper-resistant data layer.The framework of the blockchain in West Lake Longjing tea traceability system was mainly divided into data acquisition area,data layer,network layer,contract layer and application layer.Conclusions:The feasibility and effectiveness of the design scheme can be demonstrated by the application scenarios to solve problem of adulteration,fraud and shoddy of West Lake Longjing tea with the blockchain-based tracing system.
