城市社区老年居民健康自我管理能力评价指标体系构建

Establishment of health self-management ability evaluation index system for community elderly residents

目的构建适用于城市社区老年居民的健康自我管理能力评价指标体系,为了解城市社区老年居民健康管理水平提供评价工具。方法采用文献查阅法收集与城市社区老年居民健康自我管理能力相关的文献,经专家研讨后初步构建城市社区老年居民健康自我管理能力评价指标体系;采用德尔菲专家咨询法开展2轮专家咨询,并利用层次分析法和平均权重法对专家评分进行分析,筛选指标以确定最终评价指标体系。结果共计邀请28位专家参与咨询,2轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.90,协调系数为0.628,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。经专家咨询后最终确定了城市社区老年居民健康自我管理能力的评价指标体系,包含意识态度、能力行为、健康服务依从性3个一级指标,31个二级指标。结论基于德尔菲专家咨询法构建的城市社区老年居民健康自我管理能力的评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和可操作性,未来可通过人群应用进一步优化和推广。

Objective To construct a health self-management ability evaluation index system for elderly residents in urban community,so as to provide an evaluation tool for understanding the health management level of urban elderly population.Methods A two-round Delphi survey was used to construct the evaluation index system.The analytic hierarchy process and the average weight method were used to analyze the expert scores and then screened out the indicators.Results A total of 28 experts were invited to participate in the consultation.The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the authority degree of experts was 0.90,and the coordination coefficient was 0.628,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the expert consultation,this study established an evaluation index system of health self-management ability of urban community elderly residents,including three first-level indicators:awareness,ability and health service complicance,and 31 second-level indicators.Conclusion The construction of evaluation index system of health self-management ability of community elderly residents on the basis of Delphi survey has been preliminarily established.It is scientific,operable and can be further optimized and promoted through population application.
