2017—2021年贵州省9~18岁儿童青少年超重与肥胖流行趋势分析

Trend analysis of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents aged 9-18 years old in Guizhou Province from 2017 to 2021

目的了解2017—2021年贵州省9~18岁儿童青少年超重与肥胖的流行趋势,为制定有效的干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取贵州省132323名9~18岁儿童青少年作为研究对象,测量身高、体重,并按照《学龄儿童青少年超重肥胖筛查》标准对超重肥胖情况进行筛查,分析超重肥胖检出率变化趋势。结果2017—2021年贵州省儿童青少年超重检出率呈上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=59.477,P<0.001),增长速度为18.75%,男生(19.15%)高于女生(17.91%),郊县(32.17%)高于城区(14.23%),16~18岁年龄组(32.00%)高于9~11(15.54%)和12~15岁年龄组(16.05%)。2017—2021年贵州省儿童青少年肥胖检出率呈上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=224.057,P<0.001),增长速度为63.55%,女生(83.69%)高于男生(51.04%),城区(71.32%)高于郊县(60.86%),16~18岁年龄组(65.29%)高于9~11岁(62.77%)和12~15岁年龄组(49.11%)。2017—2021年贵州省儿童青少年超重肥胖的总体检出率呈上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=271.047,P<0.001),增长速度为34.02%,女生(36.13%)高于男生(31.62%),郊县(42.47%)高于城区(33.13%),16~18岁年龄组(40.96%)高于9~11(35.39%)和12~15岁年龄组(26.87%)。结论2017—2021年贵州省9~18岁儿童青少年超重肥胖检出率总体呈上升趋势,且增长速度快,尤其是女生群体、郊县以及16~18岁年龄组学生。贵州省应采取针对性的防控措施以控制儿童青少年超重肥胖的快速增长。

Objective To understand the prevalence trend of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents aged 9-18 in Guizhou Province from 2017 to 2021,and to provide a reference for formulating effective intervention measures.Methods 132323 children and adolescents aged 9-18 in Guizhou Province were researched as the research objects by stratified cluster random sampling,and their height and weight were measured.and the overweight and obesity situation was screened according to the"Overweight and Obesity Screening for School Age Children and Adolescents"standard,and the trend of overweight and obesity detection rate was analyzed.Results The overweight detection rate of children and adolescents in Guizhou Province showed an upward trend from 2017 to 2021(trendχ^(2)=59.477,P<0.001),with a growth rate of 18.75%.Male students(19.15%)were higher than female students(17.91%),suburban counties(32.17%)were higher than urban areas(14.23%),and the 16-18 age group(32.00%)was higher than 9-11(15.54%)and 12-15age groups(16.05%).From 2017 to 2021,the prevalence of obesity in children and adolescents in Guizhou Province showed an upward trend(trendχ^(2)=224.057,P<0.001),with a growth rate of 63.55%,Female students(83.69%)were higher than male students(51.04%),urban area(71.32%)were higher than suburban counties(60.86%),and the 16-18 year old age group(65.29%)was higher than 9-11(62.77%)and 12-15 age group(49.11%).From 2017 to 2021,the overall detection rate of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents in Guizhou Province showed an upward trend(trendχ^(2)=271.047,P<0.001),with a growth rate of 34.02%,female students(36.13%)were higher than male students(31.62%),suburban counties(42.47%)were higher than urban areas(33.13%),and the 16-18 year old group(40.96%)was higher than the 9-11(35.39%)and 12-15 year old age groups(26.87%).Conclusion From 2017 to 2021,the overall prevalence of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents aged 9-18 in Guizhou Province showed an upward trend,with a fast growth rate,especially among female students,suburban counties,and students aged 16-18.Guizhou Province should take targeted prevention and control measures to control the rapid growth of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.
