重庆市大中专学生艾滋病健康教育干预研究效果探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过探讨防治艾滋病健康教育干预研究成效与潜在影响因素,为提升艾滋病防治宣传技术提供科学合理的依据与建议。方法基于自编问卷,对重庆市66所大中专院校青年学生开展防艾健康教育干预性研究,并运用词云图、语义网络分析、情感分析等定性分析,辅以常规定量分析进行干预成效与影响因素探讨。结果定性分析发现,可能影响防治艾滋病健康教育效果的因素主要包括参与方式、反馈途径与交流习惯。定量分析显示,干预前,被调查者中的本科学生艾滋病知识知晓率为78.42%,非本科学生知晓率为66.01%(P<0.001);主城区学生艾滋病知识知晓率为74.61%,非主城区学生知晓率为66.97%(P<0.001);干预后,被调查者艾滋病知识整体知晓率由70.10%提升至83.66%(P<0.001),不同学历被调查者的艾滋病知识知晓率仍差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),而不同区域被调查者艾滋病知识知晓率差异无统计学意义(P=0.271)。结论充分的防艾健康教育干预在一定程度上能提高艾滋病防治知识的知晓率,同时保持宣教内容与形式的与时俱进,势必将更好推动广大青年学生的防艾宣教工作,切实助力健康中国新国策。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and potential influencing factors of health education intervention studies on HIV prevention and treatment,and to provide scientific basis and suggestions for improving HIV prevention and treatment publicity techniques.Methods Based on a self-administered questionnaire,we conducted an intervention study on HIV prevention health education for young students in 66 universities and colleges in Chongqing.Qualitative analysis methods such as word cloud map,semantic network analysis,and sentiment analysis were used and conventional quantitative analysis were used to explore the intervention effectiveness and influencing factors.Results Qualitative analysis results revealed that the factors that may affect the effectiveness of HIV prevention health education mainly included participation style,feedback channels and communication habits.Quantitative analysis showed that before the intervention,the knowledge rate of undergraduate students was 78.42%,the knowledge rate of non-undergraduate students was 66.01%(P<0.001),and the knowledge rate of students in the main city was 74.61%,the knowledge rate of non-main city students was 66.97%(P<0.001).After the intervention,the overall knowledge rate of respondents increased from 70.10%to 83.66%(P<0.001).The overall knowledge rate of respondents about AIDS increased from 70.10%to 83.66%(P<0.001),and the difference in the knowledge rate of respondents with different education levels was still statistically significant(P<0.001),while the difference in the knowledge rate of respondents with different regions was not statistically significant(P=0.271).Conclusion Adequate AIDS health education interventions could improve the knowledge rate of AIDS prevention and treatment to certain extent,while keeping the content and form of education up-to-date,which will better promote the work of AIDS education among young students and effectively contribute to the new national policy of healthy China.
