电子烟对呼吸系统健康影响的研究进展

Research progress on the effects of electronic cigarettes on the respiratory health

电子烟在当前被广泛认为是传统卷烟的一种替代品。已有证据提示传统卷烟会导致慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘和肺癌等呼吸系统疾病。国内外多项研究指出,电子烟暴露也会对细胞、动物等产生负面影响,因电子烟使用过程中产生的有害物质种类和数量较传统卷烟少,其对细胞、动物和人体的短期危害似乎低于传统卷烟,其长期影响尚待进一步明确。基于此,本文主要从电子烟含有的尼古丁、丙二醇、甘油、香料及其使用过程中产生的气溶胶对呼吸系统的影响进行综述,以期使传统卷烟使用人群在选择电子烟前能得到更多参考。

E-cigarettes are currently widely regarded as an alternative to traditional cigarettes.There is already evidence that traditional cigarettes contribute to respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma and lung cancer.A number of studies at home and abroad have pointed out that exposure to e-cigarettes will also have negative effects on cells and animals.Because the types and concentration of harmful substances produced during the use of e-cigarettes are less than those of traditional cigarettes,their short-term harm to cells,animals and humans seems to be lower than traditional cigarettes,its long-term impact remains to be further clarified.Based on this,this article mainly reviews the effects of nicotine,propylene glycol,glycerin,flavors and aerosols produced by electronic cigarettes on the respiratory system,in order to make traditional cigarette users get more reference before choosing electronic cigarettes.
