河南省60岁及以上老年人糖尿病患病、知晓、治疗和控制率的流行现状

The prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of diabetes in population aged above 60 years old in Henan Province

目的了解河南省60岁及以上老年人糖尿病患病、知晓、治疗和控制的流行现状,为糖尿病防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2015—2019年河南省45488名60岁及以上常住居民进行问卷调查、体格检查和生化检测。结果河南省60岁及以上老年人糖尿病患病人数为13389人,其中糖尿病知晓人数为5754人,治疗人数为4742人,控制人数为1122人。患病、知晓、治疗和控制率分别为29.43%、42.98%、35.42%和8.38%。女性、城镇职工医保和居民医保、肥胖、高血压、血脂异常人群发生糖尿病的风险高;高龄、城市、高血压和血脂异常人群的糖尿病知晓、治疗和控制情况均较好(OR值均>1)。结论河南省60岁及以上老年人的糖尿病患病率有所降低,但知晓、治疗和控制情况并未明显改善。应针对农村、饮酒、肥胖、高血压、血脂异常人群加大糖尿病宣传教育和管理。

Objective To acknowledge the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of diabetes in population aged above 60 years old in Henan Province,and to provide scientific basis for diabetes prevention.Methods A total of 45488 subjects aged over 60 years old were selected in 2015-2019 in Henan Province,all of data were obtained from questionnaire,physical and biochemical examinations.Results Totally 13389 subjects were diagnosed as diabetes,of whom 5754 were aware of diabetes,4742 received treatment and 1122 controlled well.The rate of prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of diabetes were 29.43%,42.98%,35.42%and 8.38%,respectively.Female,the population with urban employees′medical insurance,urban residents′medical insurance,obesity,hypertension and dyslipidemia had higher risk of diabetes(OR>1).The population with elder age,urban area,hypertension and dyslipidemia had better awareness,treatment and control(OR>1).Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes decreased a little in population aged above 60 years old in Henan Province while the awareness,treatment and control was not improved well,it was suggested to increase health education and management of diabetes on rural area,drink,obesity,hypertension and dyslipidemia.
