2021年上海市宝山区公共场所控烟环境监测结果分析

Analysis on environmental monitoring on smoke control in public places in Baoshan District of Shanghai, 2021

目的了解宝山区各类公共场所控烟环境现状以及居民对控烟知识的知信行情况,为进一步开展控烟工作提供依据。方法采用目的抽样方法,运用现场观察法对108个公共场所进行观察,并对场所内人员进行问卷调查。结果2021年宝山区公共场所控烟宣传资料、禁烟警示图片、控烟举报电话、禁烟标识、未设有烟具、未发现烟蒂、设置室外吸烟室的比例分别为50.0%、57.4%、90.7%、99.1%、95.4%、90.7%、26.8%;有15家(13.9%)公共场所发现有人吸烟,其中11家(73.3%)有人劝阻或执法;2015名场所人员调查中,96.2%的人认为每个人都应享有无烟环境的权利,88.9%的人知道《上海市公共场所控制吸烟条例》,88.0%的人支持室内全面禁烟,吸烟率为21.7%,其中男性43.8%,女性2.8%。结论应进一步开展公共场所控烟宣传和培训,提高居民控烟知识,呼吁居民建立室内全面禁烟的意识。

Objective To understand the status of tobacco control in public places in Baoshan District and the Knowledge,Attitude,Behavior of residents,and provide basis for tobacco control.Methods By the method of purposive sampling,the field observation method was used to observe the tobacco control measures in 108 public places,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the personnel in these public places.Results In 2021,the percentages of tobacco control publicity materials,warning pictures,tobacco control complaint number,“No Smoking”signs,no smoking paraphernalia,no cigarette butts,outdoor smoking rooms setting among the public places in Baoshan District were 50.0%,57.4%,90.7%,99.1%,95.4%,90.7%,26.8%,respectively Smoking by smoker was found in 15(13.9%)public places,among them,11(73.3%)were dissuaded or enforced by law.In the survey of 2015 personnel from public places,96.2%of them believed that everyone should enjoy the right to a smoke-free environment,88.9%of them knew about the Regulation of Shanghai Tobacco Control in Public Places,and 88.0%of them supported comprehensiveban on smoking indoors.The smoking rate was 21.7%,including 43.8%in men and 2.8%in women.Conclusion Further publicity and training on tobacco control should be carried out in public places,to improve the knowledge of tobacco control among residents,and call on the residents to build awareness of smoke-free indoor.
