摘要
目的通过了解居民对《疫苗管理法》的知晓情况,为更好开展《疫苗管理法》普法宣传工作提供依据。方法本次调查基于微信平台发布调查问卷,调查问卷内容包括调查对象基本情况、对《疫苗管理法》各方面的知晓情况及对该法的态度。将所得问卷资料导入Excel软件建立数据库,采用SPSS 18.0软件分析资料,包括χ2检验和Logistic回归分析。结果本次调查共2445名15岁以上居民参与,《疫苗管理法》总体知晓率为26.0%,除"职业"外各特征差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,非家长(OR=1.901,95%CI:1.449~2.499)、大年龄组(OR=1.145,95%CI:1.038~1.263)和高文化程度(OR=1.322,95%CI:1.155~1.512)是《疫苗管理法》知晓合格率的保护因素。调查还发现,86.91%的调查对象关注过《疫苗管理法》相关信息,并且大部门居民认为该法的实施能保障我国疫苗质量安全。结论青岛市居民《疫苗管理法》总知晓率偏低,下一步应对不同人群开展有针对性的普法宣传教育。
Objective To understanding the residents’awareness of Law on Vaccine Management,and provide basis for the Law implementation.Methods This digital questionnaire survey was based on Wechat platform.The questionnaire included the basic information of the respondents,and the awareness of the Law.The questionnaire data were imported into Excel software to establish the database,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0,including 21 test and logistic regression analysis.Results Totally,2445 residents aged over 15 years old participated in the survey,and the overall awareness rate of the Law on vaccine management was 26.0%.Logistic regression analysis showed that non parents(OR=1.901,95%CI:1.449-2.499),older age group(OR=1.145,95%CI:1.038-1.263)and higher education level(OR=1.322,95%CI:1.155-1.512)were the protective factors for the awareness rate of the Law.It was also found that 86.91%of the respondents had paid attention to the Law and most of them thought that the implementation of the Law could者下y,ionnaire ensure the quality and safety of vaccines in China.Conclusion The general awareness rate of the Law among residents in Qingdao City is low.In the next step,targeted publicity and education for different groups should be carried out.
