1993—2015年贵州省成年人腰围分布变化及中心性肥胖流行趋势分析

Changes of waist circumference distribution and the prevalence of abdominal obesity among adults from 1993 to 2015 in Guizhou Province

目的分析1993—2015年贵州省成年人腰围分布变化及中心性肥胖的流行趋势。方法利用1993、1997、2000、2004、2006、2009、2011、2015年"中国健康与营养调查"项目8次追踪调查资料,采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取贵州省18~80岁居民为研究对象,分析不同特征调查对象腰围分布变化和中心性肥胖的流行趋势。结果1993—2015年贵州省成人腰围均值从(71.84±7.30)cm上升到(82.78±9.85)cm;其中男性腰围均值上升了11.82 cm,大于女性的10.20 cm,农村居民腰围均值上升了10.85 cm,大于城市居民的10.45cm。22年间中心性肥胖率由5.3%(标化率6.3%)上升至32.9%(标化率31.2%),其中男性增长速度(840.0%)大于女性(397.3%),农村居民增长速度(708.3%)大于城市(306.2%)。结论贵州省成年人腰围均值和中心性肥胖率逐年增高,男性和农村居民是控制腰围和中心性肥胖率增长的重点人群。

Objective To analyze the changes of waist circumference distribution and the prevalence of abdominal obesity among adults in Guizhou Province from 1993 to 2015.Methods The data from China health and nutrition survey(1993,1997,2000,2004,2006,2009,2011 and 2015)were selected by stratified cluster random sampling,and them were used to identify the changes of waist circumference distribution and the prevalence of abdominal obesity for different characteristics of the subjects among adults aged 18-80 years in Guizhou Province.Results During 1993-2015,the means of waist circumference among the adults increased from(71.84±7.30)cm to(82.78±9.85)cm in Guizhou Province.The means of waist circumference of men increased by 11.82 cm,which was larger than that of females increased by10.20 cm.The means of waist circumference of rural residents increased by 10.85 cm,which was larger than that of urban residents increased by 10.45 cm.The incidence rate of abdominal obesity increased from 5.3%(standardized rate 6.3%)to32.9%(standardized rate 31.2%)during 22 years,and the growth rate of abdominal obesity among men(840.0%)was higher than that of women(397.3%),the growth rate of abdominal obesity among rural residents(708.3%)was higher than that of urban residents(306.2%).Conclusion The means of waist circumference and the incidence rate of abdominal obesity increased year by year among adults in Guizhou Province,men and rural residents were key populations to control the increase in waist circumference and abdominal obesity.
