2017年我国育龄妇女健康素养水平及其影响因素

The level of health literacy and its influencing factors of women in childbearing age in 2017

目的利用2017年中国居民健康素养监测数据,分析育龄妇女健康素养水平及影响因素,为育龄妇女健康素养干预提供依据。方法选择2017年全国居民健康素养监测中15~49岁的女性调查对象作为分析样本。结果2017年我国育龄妇女健康素养水平为16.56%,高于全国居民平均水平;其中,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3个方面素养水平分别为29.10%、15.88%和18.89%。育龄妇女对食品安全、预防接种、儿童心理健康等知识答对率较高;对选购包装食品、母乳喂养好处、测量体温的方法等知识答对率较低。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,东部地区、25岁以上、文化程度较高、家庭规模较小和家庭收入较高的育龄妇女健康素养水平较高。结论育龄妇女健康素养水平高于全国居民平均水平,地区、年龄、文化程度、家庭规模和家庭收入是育龄妇女健康素养水平的影响因素。

Objective To analyze the health literacy level and its influencing factors among women of childbearing age by using the monitoring data of Chinese residents’health literacy in 2017,to provide basis for intervention.Methods The women aged 15 to 49 years were selected as the sample for analysis.Results The health literacy level of women of childbearing age were 16.56%,which were higher than the national average level.The literacy of basic knowledge and ideas,healthy life style and behavior,basic skills were 29.10%,15.88%and 18.89%,respectively.The correct rate of knowledge about food safety,vaccination and children’s mental health were high,while the correct rate of knowledge about choosing packaged foods,the benefits of breast feeding and the methods of measuring body temperature were low.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that women of childbearing age in eastern area,Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women of childbearing age in eastern area,25 years and above,with higher education level,small family size and higher household income had better health literacy.Conclusion The health literacy level of women of childbearing age was higher than average level of Chinese residents.Region,age,education level family size and annual household income were the influencing factors of health literacy among women of childbearing age.
