摘要
目的了解公众对免疫接种科普文章的偏好,对未来通过微信开展免疫接种科普工作提供参考、借鉴。方法对2017年1月至2019年6月间,来源于"疾控机构微信文章排行榜TOP20"中的免疫接种科普文章进行统计分析。结果1.在微信排名TOP20的文章中,免疫接种科普文章共有293篇,占总数的48.83%,其中最多的是HPV疫苗,有58篇(19.80%),其次为流感疫苗,有55篇(18.77%);2.介绍疾病为主的免疫接种科普文章最多,有131篇(44.71%);3.有153篇(52.22%)文章标题中使用了感叹或疑问语气。结论公众关注度受是否为热点事件、新疫苗上市、疾病流行期、预防接种主题日、服务信息供给等因素影响;文章标题含有强烈情感(如在标题中使用问号和感叹号)的其影响力更大;公众更喜欢图文类作品;以介绍疾病为主的免疫接种科普文章更受关注。
Objective To understand the public favorites for vaccine science popularization articles,and to provide reference for the future development of vaccine science popularization through WeChat.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,statistical analysis of vaccine popular science articles from"Top 20 of WeChat Articles of Disease Control Organizations"was performed.Results Among the articles ranked by TOP20 on WeChat,there were 293 vaccine popular science articles,accounting for 48.83%of the total.HPV vaccine was the most involved accounting 19.8%(58 articles),then followed by influenza vaccine accounting 18.77%(55 articles).There were 131 articles(44.71%)that introduced diseases and vaccines.153 articles(52.22%)used exclamation or question in the title of the article.Conclusion Public attention were affected by factors such as hot events,new vaccine launches,epidemic periods,theme days of vaccination,and service information supply.The title that contained strong emotions(such as the use of question marks and exclamation marks in the title)showed more influence on the public.The public prefers graphic works and vaccine science articles focusing on disease are more concerned.
