2018年北京市丰台区城乡居民健康素养水平及其影响因素分析

Analysis on status of health literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Fengtai District of Beijing,2018

目的了解北京市丰台区居民健康素养水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法,使用统一的《全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷》进行调查,采用复杂抽样的分析方法处理数据。结果2018年北京市丰台区居民健康素养水平为32.0%,基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为和健康技能素养水平分别为48.0%、30.9%和29.6%,6类健康问题素养水平中,传染病防治最高为67.7%,安全与急救素养和科学健康观素养次之,分别为65.6%和64.3%,基本医疗素养最低为25.0%,慢性病防治素养和健康信息素养水平分别为35.4%和33.7%。多因素分析结果显示,文化程度和职业是丰台区居民健康素养水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论针对调查结果,有针对性地开展特定内容和人群的健康教育和健康促进工作。

Objective To analyze the status of health literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Fengtai District of Beijing.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was conducted to select participants,and the National Residents’Health Literacy Questionnaire was used for data collection.The data were finally analyzed by a complex sampling method.Results The level of health literacy among residents in Fengtai District was 32.0%,3 aspects of health literacy level including basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior and heath related skill were 48.0%,30.9%,29.6%,respectively.Among the 6 types of health issues,the highest and the lowest were prevention and control of infectious disease literacy(67.7%)and basic medical treatment literacy(25.0%),others like safety and first aid literacy,scientific health concept literacy,prevention and control of chronic disease literacy and health information literacy level were 65.6%,64.3%,35.4%and 33.7%,respectively.Multivariate analysis demonstrated that education and career were two kind of influencing factors for health literacy level(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results,targeted health education and health promotion for certain content and people should be carried out in future.
