兰州市医院健康教育现状与对策研究

Study on current situation and countermeasures of hospital-based health education in Lanzhou City

目的了解兰州市医院健康教育现状,提出适合医院发展的健康教育策略,为制定医院健康教育政策提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,从兰州市辖区三级医院抽8家医院,再从各医院随机抽取医务人员和患者各100名进行问卷调查;同时从上述机构各抽取1名行政人员进行定性访谈。结果被调查医院均开展健康教育活动,并已安排院领导分管医院健康教育工作,87.50%的医院已制定健康教育工作计划和制度。60.06%的医务人员认为医院非常有必要开展健康教育活动,医务人员反映与病人自身疾病相关的健康知识更受患者及家属欢迎(56.12%)。82.60%的患者认为医院应该开展对患者的健康教育,且对医院健康教育工作满意度达到92.00%以上。调查还发现,医务人员中存在健康教育知识回答正确率低、缺乏健康教育理论和技能培训等问题。结论须强化兰州市医院健康教育管理,加大经费投入并提升医务人员健康教育能力,增加对患者个性化宣教活动,促进兰州市医院健康教育良性发展。

Objective To understand the status of hospital health education in Lanzhou City,and to propose proper health education strategy for hospital development and hospital health education strategy making.Methods A stratified random sampling method was employed and 8 third-level hospitals in Lanzhou City were recruited.100 medical staffs and 100 patients were randomly selected from each hospital,and one administrative staff from each hospital was recruited to conduct qualitative interview.Results All the hospitals reported to have commenced hospital-based health education.87.50% of the hospitals had developed and announced health education protocol.60.66% of the medical staffsthought that it was necessary for the hospital to carry out health education activities.According to the medical staffs,health knowledge related to patient’s own disease was more satisfied among patients and their families(56.12%).82.60% of patients thought that hospitals should carry out health education for patients.More than 92.00% of the patients were satisfied with the hospital health education.This study also detected low accuracy respondent rate of health education knowledge and lack of health education theory and skill training among medical staffs.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management of hospital health education in Lanzhou City,and to increase funding investment,as well as medical conduct staff capacity building.
