肺结核患者人格特征与应对方式的相关性研究

Correlation between personality traits and coping styles among patients with tuberculosis

目的分析肺结核患者人格特征和应对方式的相关性,为重点人群的针对性干预提供参考。方法选取2017年3—12月在湖北省夷陵地区结核病定点医院纳入服药管理的肺结核患者为研究对象,进行面对面问卷调查,采用中国大五人格问卷简式版和医学应对方式问卷测量肺结核患者人格特征和应对方式。结果人格特征各维度与应对方式各维度得分两两相关(P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,患者神经质水平正向预测回避(标准化β=0.424,P<0.01)和屈服(标准化β=0.589,P<0.01)应对,而严谨性(标准化β=0.167,P<0.05)和宜人性(标准化β=0.216,P<0.01)水平正向预测面对应对。结论肺结核患者人格特征和应对方式高度相关,其中神经质人格者易于消极应对,严谨性和宜人性水平高者更倾向于选择积极的应对方式。

Objective To analyze the correlation between personality traits and coping styles among tuberculosis(TB)patients,and provide reference for targeted interventions of key populations.Methods A face to face interview was conducted among TB patients recruited from the TB designated hospital of Yiling District from March 2017 to December2017.The brief version of Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory and the Chinese version of Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire were used to measure personality traits and coping styles.Results Personality traits and coping styles were highly correlated,neuroticism positively predicted avoidant coping(standardizedβ=0.424,P<0.01)and resigned coping(standardizedβ=0.589,P<0.01),while conscientiousness(standardizedβ=0.167,P<0.05)and agreeableness(standardizedβ=0.216,P<0.01)positively predicted confrontive coping.Conclusion Personality traits and coping styles were highly correlated among TB patients.Those with higher neuroticism level more likely to respond negatively and those with higher conscientiousness and agreeableness level tended to choose positive coping styles.
