福建省厦门市居民慢性病防治素养及其影响因素调查研究

Study on chronic disease literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Xiamen City,Fujian Province

目的了解厦门市居民慢性病防治素养水平并分析其影响因素,为后续政策制定和行为干预提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段PPS抽样法,对全市15~69岁常住居民进行问卷调查。结果2016年厦门市慢性病防治素养水平为28.13%(95%CI:24.90%~31.60%)。对骨质疏松的知识、豆制品的好处及运动对健康好处的认知这3类问题知晓率均低于60%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:城市居民慢性病防治素养水平高于农村居民,OR值为1.68(95%CI:1.06~2.67);高中/职高/中专、大专及以上的慢性病防治素养水平高于小学及以下文化程度者,OR值分别为2.26(95%CI:1.31~3.92)和2.75(95%CI:1.52~4.97)。结论厦门市慢性病防治素养水平还需进一步提升,提升的重点问题是骨质疏松方面的知识、运动对健康的好处,重点人群是文化程度较低人群、农村居民。

Objective To understand the status of chronic disease literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Xiamen,and to provide scientific basis for further policy development and behavioral intervention.Methods Using stratified multi-stage and PPS sampling method,the residents aged 15-69 years old in Xiamen were investigated by questionnaire survey.Results The results showed that the level of chronic disease literacy was 28.13%(95%CI:24.90%-31.60%)in 2016.The awareness rates of osteoporosis,the benefits of bean products and the health benefits of exercise were less than 60%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that urban residents had higher chronic disease literacy level than that of rural residents,OR values were 1.68(95%CI:1.06-2.67).Comparing to those who were primary school or lower education,the senior high school/vocational high school/specialized middle school education,ollege or higher education had higher chronic disease literacy level,OR values were 2.26(95%CI:1.31-3.92),2.75(95%CI:1.52-4.97).Conclusion The level of chronic disease literacy of the residents needs to be improved in Xiamen.The key issues of promotion are knowledge about osteoporosis and the health benefits of exercise.The lower education population and rural residents are key population of health education.
