摘要
近年来,光动力疗法受到了人们越来越多的关注,作为光化学反应生成的主要杀伤物质,活性氧在光动力疗法中起着重要的作用,明确其作用机制和检测方法,有助于理解光动力产生的生物学效应,为后续治疗提供良好的依据。荧光探针法是目前应用最广泛的活性氧检测方法,本文对光动力疗法中产生的活性氧进行了简要介绍,总结了荧光探针法在活性氧检测中的研究进展,阐述了目前存在的问题,并提出了相关的建议与展望。
In recent years,photodynamic therapy has received more and more attention.As a key killer produced by photochemical reactions,active oxygen plays an important role in photodynamic therapy.Clarifying its mechanism of action and detection methods will lead to a better understanding of the biological effects of photodynamics technology and provide a good basis for subsequent treatment.At present,fluorescent probe is most widely used in reactive oxygen detection.In this paper,the reactive oxygen species generated in photodynamic therapy is introduced briefly,the research progress of fluorescent probe method in reactive oxygen detection is summarized and the existing problems,suggestions and prospects in this field are put forward.
