代谢物信号失调导致出生缺陷的机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanisms of Birth Defects Caused by Metabolite Signaling Disorders

摘要 代谢物不仅是生物学过程的底物和产物,还可以作为信号分子被特定的信号传感器感知,反过来调控具体的生物学过程,影响肿瘤、糖尿病和出生缺陷等疾病的发生。综述代谢物信号失调导致出生缺陷的机制研究进展,总结维生素类、氨基酸类和脂类等细胞代谢物通过调控基因组甲基化、细胞信号转导、蛋白质翻译后修饰和(或)酶活性调节等途径来影响出生缺陷发生的分子机制。这些研究有望为出生缺陷防治提供可用的分子靶点。 Metabolites are not only substrates and products of biological processes,but can also be perceived as signaling molecules by specific signal sensors,which in turn regulate specific biological processes and influence the occurrence of diseases such as tumors,diabetes and birth defects.This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanisms of birth defects caused by metabolite signaling disorders,and summarizes that cellular metabolites such as vitamins,amino acids and lipids affect the occurrence of birth defects by regulating genomic methylation,cell signal transduction,protein post-translational modification and/or enzyme activity regulation,which are expected to provide usable molecular targets for the prevention and treatment of birth defects.
