摘要
为了探讨环境污染物与非酒精性脂肪肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)之间的关系,基于近年来增塑剂、农药残留物、重金属、空气污染物以及纳米微颗粒5类环境污染物的研究进展,从外源性致病因子的角度探讨NAFLD病理机制和潜在干预策略。研究结果发现,环境污染物在长期暴露下能够在肝脏内蓄积,并通过破坏肝脏脂代谢稳态、诱发氧化应激和造成炎症性损伤等多种方式参与NAFLD病理进程。研究环境污染物与NAFLD发病进程之间的关系,有助于更深入地了解外部致病因素引起肝脏损伤和代谢紊乱的内在机制,并为预防和治疗NAFLD提供新的视角。
To explore the correlation between environmental pollutant and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),the pathological mechanisms and intervention strategies of NAFLD are investigated from the perspective of exogenous pathogenic factors,including plasticizers,pesticide residues,heavy metals,air pollutants,and nanomaterials.Prolonged exposure to environmental pollutants has been found to cause their undesirable accumulation within the liver,leading to liver injury by disrupting hepatic lipid homeostasis,inducing oxidative stress and causing inflammatory damage.Investigating the association between environmental pollutants and NAFLD not only improves people’s understanding of liver tissue damage caused by external pathogenic factors but also provides new insights into the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
