摘要
构建新型电力系统是解决资源环境问题的必然选择,是经济社会高质量发展的要求,也是能源电力科技工作者的使命。通过分析新型电力系统的提出背景,阐述新型电力系统的内涵特征,概括新型电力系统建设应深化研究的4项关键技术:大规模新能源送出、并网与功率预测,新型电力系统规划与运行,新型电力系统灵活性的提升,现代电力市场体系与交易机制。对新型电力系统特征及技术的分析,有利于凝聚新型电力系统建设过程中主要研究方向和重点理论难题的共识,为能源电力领域研究提供参考。
Building a new type of power system is an inevitable choice to solve resource and environmental problems,and a mission for energy and electric science and technology workers.This paper analyzes the background of the new power system,expounds the connotation and characteristics of the new power system,and summarizes four key technologies that should be further studied in the construction of the new power system:①large-scale new energy delivery,grid connection and power prediction technology;②new power system planning and operation technology;③new power system flexibility improvement technology;④modern power market system and trading mechanism.The proposal of new power system characteristics and technologies is conducive to the cohesion of the consensus on the main research directions and key theoretical difficulties in the construction process of the new power system,and provides a reference for research in the field of energy and power.
