摘要
科学描述我国海洋能储量、分布及长期变化特征,突破小潮差潮汐能、低流速潮流能和小振幅波浪能的高效俘获与转换关键技术,研发海洋能模型试验加载系统,构建资源—电源全程匹配的海试综合测试系统集成方案及海洋能电能质量测试系统,是基于我国资源特征的海洋能创新技术研发的必要探索与尝试。
China’s marine energy reserves,distribution and long-term variation are accurately described.The goal of this project is to break through the key technologies of efficient capture and conversion of neap tidal energy,slow-flow-speed current energy and small amplitude wave energy,develop a model test loading system of marine energy,and build a comprehensive integration test scheme and marine energy and power quality test system for the whole resource-power matching process,which are necessary explorations and attempts for the innovative research and development of marine energy technologies based on the characteristics of China’s resources.
