新型人工带隙材料和器件研究

Research on New Type of Artificial Band Gap Materials and Devices

摘要 光子带隙材料与器件的研究不仅有重要科学意义,而且对推动我国高新技术的发展具有战略意义。围绕新型光子人工带隙材料和器件,开展以重大需求为牵引的全链条攻关,在基础研究以及器件与应用研究方面取得突破性进展。本文以少层人工微结构光场调控和声子晶体的奇异能带调控、微小卫星用光子晶体激光器微推光源和基于非厄米共振耦合结构的新型无线电能传输系统3个典型成果为例,阐述基础研究与应用需求有机结合的全链条工作特点。 The research of photonic band gap materials and devices is not only of great scientific significance, but also of strategic significance to promote the development of high-tech in China. Focusing on the new artificial photonic band gap materials and devices, the project has carried out the whole chain research with major demands as the traction, and made breakthroughs in fundamental research as well as device and application research. In this paper, three typical achievements, including the light field manipulation of a few layer artificial microstructures and the singular band manipulation of phononic crystals,the micro push light source of photonic crystal lasers for microsatellites, and the new wireless electric energy transfer system based on non-Hermite resonance coupling structure, are taken as examples, and the working characteristics of the whole chain that organically combines the fundamental research and application requirements of the project are described.
