摘要
对关联电子材料中复杂量子有序态的调控研究将加深人们对材料基本现象与规律的认识,并促使产生新的关键技术和器件。本文对量子材料中复杂有序态的探测与调控进行了介绍和总结。在量子有序态测量相关的实验技术与仪器创新方面详细介绍固体离子导体门电压调控和弹性软X射线共振散射两种新型技术手段,并以自旋液体态和轨道密度波为例介绍新奇量子态的实验探测进展,同时还以铁基超导体及铈基4f电子体系为例系统介绍量子态的相互作用和调控研究。这些系统性的研究成果能够加深人们对相关关键科学问题的认识,并为未来的应用奠定基础。
The study on the manipulation of complex quantum orders in correlated materials can deepen our understanding of fundamental phenomena and laws of materials, and may lead to novel key devices. This article summarizes the main progress on the detection and tuning of complex ordered states in quantum materials. Two novel techniques, i.e., the field-effect transistor with solid ion conductor as the gate dielectric and resonant elastic soft X-ray scattering, are introduced in details as new experimental innovations for probing and manipulating quantum ordered states. Moreover, taking spin liquid states and orbital density waves as examples, the latest progress of experimental detection of novel ordered states is presented. Furthermore,the article systematically introduces the interaction mechanism and tuning of quantum ordered states in ironbased superconductors and cerium-based 4f compounds.These systematic research results are expected to consolidate the understanding of relevant key scientific issues and help to lay the foundation for future applications.
