纳米生物检测的研究进展

摘要 纳米生物检测是基于具有特殊性能的纳米材料和纳米结构所建立的生物检测方法和技术。相比于传统的检测方法,纳米生物检测往往具有检测灵敏度高、特异性强、多靶标同时检测及快速即时检测等优势。由于纳米生物检测及其临床转化对人类健康、国家安全等具有重大意义,因而引起世界各国的高度重视。本文对纳米生物检测的发展现状进行分析,并通过目前一些代表性的纳米材料在生物检测中的最新研究进展说明纳米生物检测的优势,并对纳米生物检测临床转化的进展进行总结,探讨该领域目前存在的问题及相应的对策。 Nanobiological detection is a series of bioassay methods and technologies based on nanomaterials and nanostructures with special properties.Compared with traditional detection methods,nanobiological detection often has advantages such as high detection sensitivity,high specificity,simultaneous detection of multiple targets and rapid and point-of-care testing.Since nanobiological detection and its clinical translation are of great significance for human health and national security,they have attracted great attention from all over the world.In this paper,we first introduce the current development of nanobiological detection and highlight the advantages of nanobiological detection through the latest research progress of current representative nanomaterials in biodetection,and we also summarize the progress of clinical translation of nanobiological detection and discuss the current issues and corresponding countermeasures in this field.
