内河航道设施智能化监测预警与信息服务关键技术研究 被引量:6

Research on Key Technologies of Intelligent Monitoring, Warning and Information Service of Inland Waterway Facilities

摘要 针对我国内河航道设施运行状态动态监管能力弱和集成服务不足等突出问题,研究了智能化监测预警与信息服务关键技术。(1)阐明了航标、航道整治建筑物、通航建筑物的灾变类型与机理;提出了衡量航道设施服役过程的评价指标及其状态判定阈值;构建了架构统一、指标明确的航道设施服役状态评价体系。(2)研发了无人机、无人船、水下抵近式ROV、岸坡变形信息采集装置4类内河航道设施服役状态信息快速采集装备。(3)利用内河航道设施快速采集信息数字重构技术,形成了内河航道设施服役状态的系列在线智能监测方法;建立了内河航道设施的服役状态预警模型,提出了航道设施智能预警方法。(4)开发了内河航道综合信息智能服务需求辨识技术;实现了云环境下内河航道信息服务大数据的构建,建立了多源异构信息融合与数据挖掘模型;构建了航道全要素识别的三维航道基础设施运行场景地图;初步形成了干线航道、运河水系与船闸一体化智能服务系统。 In view of the weak points of inland waterway facility operation in China, such as inferior dynamic supervision ability and insufficient integrated services, the research on intelligent monitoring, warning and information service has been carried out. The main research progress is as follows :(1) The disastrous types and mechanisms of navigational aids, waterway regulation buildings and ship locks are demonstrated. On assessing the service status for waterway facilities, a theoretical evaluation system with unified structure and clear indicators are established.(2)On measuring the service status of inland waterway facilities, four types of fast information acquisition devices are developed, including the UAV, unmanned vessel, ROV and the bank slope deformation detective device.(3)For online monitoring and early warning of the service status of inland waterway facilities, multiple intelligent detective methods are built based on the digit-reconstruction technology.(4) Ultimately an integrated framework of intelligent service system for inland waterway as well as artificial canal based on multi-source heterogeneous information fusing and data mining under the cloud environment is preliminarily established, depending on which a three-dimensional scenario map showing the dynamic operation process of the inland waterway facilities is finally put forward.
