Key Technology and Application of High Speed Railway Subgrade Engineering

摘要 铁路路基是承载轨道结构和列车的重要基础。高速铁路线路毫米级的工后沉降控制标准,对路基工程提出了史无前例的挑战。本文依托"十一五"至"十三五"铁路总公司科技研究开发计划重大重点项目群、国家自然科学基金等项目,总结归纳了近十年间高速铁路路基工程关键技术的发展和成果应用情况:(1)建立了控制累积效应的铁路路基基床结构设计和动态检定技术体系。首次提出了针对高速铁路路基基床微小应变特征的基床应力应变分析计算方法、控制基床累积应变阈值的确定方法和考虑道床侵蚀的基床表层承载能力设计检算方法,制定了基床动态检定标准,形成了高速铁路路基基床结构设计和动态检定技术体系。(2)创新了铁路路基填料分类分组及压实质量控制技术体系。提出了基于颗粒形状、细粒含量、颗粒级配、液塑限指标的铁路路基填料逐级分类分组体系,制定了铁路路基填料颗粒级配类型划分标准,形成了高速铁路路基填料及压实质量控制技术体系。(3)建立了高精度的高速铁路路基变形观测、分析和评估技术体系,制定了路基病害分类方法及维护技术标准。提出了高速铁路沉降变形观测及预测分析的技术条件、控制标准和评估方法,制定了高速铁路路基病害类型分类方法及路基维护技术标准,为保障高速铁路路基长期稳定提供了重要的技术依据。 Railway subgrade is an important foundation for bearing track structure and train. The millimeter level post construction settlement control standard of high-speed railway line poses an unprecedented challenge to subgrade engineering. This paper summarizes the development and application of key technologies in subgrade engineering of high-speed railway in recent ten years based on the major key projects of science and technology research and development plan of China Railway Corporation from the 11 th five year plan to the 13 th five year plan and National Natural Science Foundation. The main contents include:(1) The technical system of structural design and dynamic verification of railway subgrade bed for controlling cumulative effect is established;For the first time, the method for analyzing and calculating the stress and strain of the subgrade bed based on the micro-strain characteristics of the high-speed railway subgrade bed, the method for determining the threshold value of the accumulated strain of the control subgrade bed, and the design checking method for the bearing capacity of the subgrade bed considering the erosion of the subgrade bed are proposed, and the dynamics of the subgrade bed are formulated. The verification standard has formed a high-speed railway subgrade bed structure design and a dynamic verification technical system.(2) The railway subgrade filling classification and grouping and compaction quality control technology system is innovated;the railway subgrade filling classification and grouping system based on particle shape, fine content, particle gradation and liquid plastic limit index is proposed;the classification standard of railway subgrade filling particle gradation type is formulated, and the high-speed railway subgrade filling and compaction quality control technology system is formed.(3) A high-precision technical system for subgrade deformation observation, analysis and evaluation of high-speed railway is established, and the classification method and maintenance technical standard for subgrade diseases are formulated. This paper puts forward the technical conditions, control standards and evaluation methods for settlement observation and prediction analysis of high-speed railway, and formulates the classification methods of subgrade disease types and the technical standards for Subgrade maintenance of high-speed railway, which provides an important technical basis for ensuring the long-term stability of high-speed railway subgrade.
