摘要
目的分析过敏性性哮喘患者肠道菌群组成特点,以期为开发新的临床治疗方法提供理论基础。方法收集2021年1月—2021年12月就诊于河北省中医院的过敏性哮喘患者(14例)以及同期健康人群(15例)的粪便标本,采用16S rRNA分析入组人员肠道菌群的菌群结构组成和多样性特征。结果过敏性哮喘组和对照组的年龄、性别、体重指数及吸烟史差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。α多样性分析结果表明两组菌群丰富度存在显著差异(P<0.05),而两组肠道菌群的多样性程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。β多样性分析结果提示过敏性哮喘组与对照组的菌群结构组成存在显著差异(P<0.05)。两组在属水平的差异菌为粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium)、罗氏菌属(Roseburia)、另枝菌属(Alistipes)、鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、多尔氏菌属(Dorea)、瘤胃球菌科(Ruminococcaceae_UCG-002)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、凸腹真杆菌属([Eubacterium]_ventriosum_group)、丁酸球菌属(Butyricicoccus)和无杆菌(Agathobacter)。结论过敏性哮喘患者与健康人相比,肠道菌群结构组成发生了显著改变,存在多种差异菌,其中罗氏菌属和真杆菌属可能通过短链脂肪酸的变化参与了过敏性哮喘的发病。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of intestinal flora in patients with allergic asthma,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new clinical treatment methods.Methods Fecal samples were collected from 14 patients with allergic asthma and 15 healthy people between January 2021 and December 2021,and 16S rRNA was used to analyze the composition and diversity of intestinal flora of the participants.Results There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender,BMI,or smoking history between the allergic asthma group and the control group(all P>0.05).Alpha diversity results showed that there was significant difference in the abundance of intestinal flora between the two groups,but there was no significant difference in the diversity of intestinal flora between the two groups.The results ofβdiversity analysis indicated that there were significant differences in the composition of bacterial flora between the allergic asthma group and the control group.The difference bacteria between the two groups at the genus level are Faecalibacterium,Roseburia,Alistipes,Sphingomonas,Dorea,Ruminococcaceae_UCG-002,Streptomyces,[Eubacterium]_venturiosum_group,Butyriococcus and Agathobacter.Conclusion Compared with healthy individuals,patients with allergic asthma have undergone significant changes in the composition of their gut microbiota,with various differential bacteria present.Among them,Roseburia and Eubacterium may be involved in the pathogenesis of allergic asthma through changes in short chain fatty acids.
