基于潮位的鼓网套筒智能冲洗方案研究

摘要 通过对海水液位测量套筒的堵塞原因分析,发现只有在海水潮位上涨期间才会发生套筒堵塞现象。因此分析研究了各路冲洗水源,通过提前预测未来一年的海水潮位时刻表,提出一种根据潮位启停地坑排水泵的控制模式,在海水涨潮期间间断发出地坑排水泵的启动命令,并且通过多个水源的交错控制,实现对套筒的间断冲洗;通过研究并进行实测验证,验证了方案的可行性。 Through the analysis of the reasons for the blockage of the seawater level measurement sleeve and finds that the phenomenon of sleeve blockage only occurs during the rise of the seawater tide level.Therefore,analysis and study were conducted on various flushing water sources.By predicting the seawater tide level schedule for the next year in advance,a control mode for starting and stopping the pit drainage pump based on the tide level was proposed.During the rising tide of seawater,the start command of the pit drainage pump was intermittently issued,and the intermittent flushing of the sleeve was achieved through the staggered control of multiple water sources.The feasibility of the scheme was verified through study and actual measurement verification.
