核燃料操作设备铅垂度测量调整方法的研究及应用

摘要 目前在核燃料操作设备的铅垂度测量方面,行业内多采用吊锤线法,但这种方法具有高空攀爬风险大、测量工艺精度低、用时长辐照剂量高、多方位耦合计算复杂等弊端。本文在借鉴其他行业铅垂度测量技术的基础上,针对核燃料操作设备的特点,提出了基于激光垂准仪和基于倾角传感器两种铅垂度测量方法。通过设计专用测量工装和开发测量调整算法软件,实现了采用激光垂准仪的装卸料机固定套筒铅垂度单方位测量和采用倾角传感器的倾翻机承载器铅垂度测量,并通过了模拟测量和调整试验验证。该工艺的改进提高了现场测量的精度和调整的效率,降低了工业风险和人员辐射剂量。可用于在建核电机组PMC系统设备调试期间和在役机组PMC系统设备预维期间的铅垂度测量调整工作,同时,该方法也可为其他大型构件安装工程的铅垂度测量提供借鉴和参考。 At present,in the field of plumb measurement of nuclear fuel operating equipment,the hanging hammer line method is widely used in the industry,which has many disadvantages,such as high climbing risk,low measurement process accuracy,long duration radiation dose,and complex multi-directional coupling calculation,etc.On the basis of drawing lessons from the plumb measurement technique of other industries and aiming at the characteristics of nuclear fuel operation equipment,this paper proposes two plumb measurement methods based on the laser vertical alignment instrument and the tilt sensor.Through the design of special measuring tooling and the development of the measurement adjustment algorithm software,the single direction measurement of the verticality of the fixed sleeve of the loading and unloading machine using the laser vertical aligner and the verticality measurement of the tilt machine carrier using the tilt sensor are realized,which are verified by the simulation measurement and the adjustment test.The improvement of the process improves the accuracy of field measurement and the efficiency of adjustment,and reduces the industrial risk and personnel radiation dose.It can be used for the plumb measurement and adjustment during commissioning of the PMC system equipment of nuclear power plants under construction and pre-maintenance of the PMC system equipment of units in service.At the same time,this method can also provide reference for the plumb measurement of other large component installation projects.
