核电厂反应堆燃料组件振动监测和诊断

摘要 燃料组件是核电厂反应堆的心脏,其安全性尤为重要,而燃料组件的振动监测较为复杂。对核电厂反应堆燃料组件振动监测方法进行了介绍,描述了VVER-1000型机组燃料组件振动监测采用的自给能中子探测器布置图和振动监测的原理。根据探测器的布置,结合不同的频率范围,设计了两种算法脚本用于监测燃料组件的固有振动和受迫振动。对以上算法在机组上实际进行了应用,对所采用的信号进行了分析,总结了相关的振动特征,对核电厂燃料组件的振动监测优化起到借鉴作用。 Fuel assemblies are the heart of nuclear power plant reactors,and their safety is particularly important,while fuel vibration detection is more complex.The vibration monitoring method of the reactor fuel assembly in nuclear power plant is introduced,and the layout of self-powered neutron detector(SPND)and the principle of vibration monitoring used in vibration monitoring of VVER-1000 are described.According to the sensor layout and different frequency range,two kinds of algorithm scripts are designed to monitor the natural vibration and forced vibration of fuel assembly.The above algorithm is applied to the unit.The signal is analyzed,and the related vibration characteristics are summarized,it serres as a reference for vibration monitoring optimization of nuclear power plants fuel assemblies.
